PARTIES

Having a larger or smaller party in our restaurant can be very entertaining for you as well as us. But for it to be a success, we kindly ask you to create a set 3 course menu from the dishes below. 

Since we know that it can be difficult to find something that everyone feel excited about you are more than welcome to pick two different starters, mains and desserts.

For larger parties we have the option of placing you in our "chambre séparée", where there is room for 24 guests, or you can rent the whole restaurant where we have room for 50 guests.

For us to be able to accommodate this, we do require the order of dishes, at the latest 10 days before the dinner.

Starters:

Terrine of foie gras with chestnuts, wallnuts and dried duck ham

Cannelloni of thinly sliced cellery with lobster mousse and sauce Maidera

Raw marinated salmon with fennel and olive oil as well as mussel creme

Cocotte with mussels and morrels as well as julienne og puff pastry

Main courses:

Duck breast panfried with redwine sauce and garniture

Monkfish gratinated with tagliatelle and langustine bisque

Sirloin steak with pepper sauce and garniture

Desserts:

Selection of French cheese

Assortment of creme brulee

Cremeux of white and dark chocolate mousse

Berries and orange gratinated in sabayon and cognac with vanilla icecream

Apple pie with cinamon, caramel sauce and icecream
